Attendees will have a chance to meet the artists, enjoy passed small bites with wine and champagne, and hear a short program about Phoenix Rotary 100 and the Shemer Art Center and the efforts supported by Take Flight. The auction will open March 1st. Bidders can register and begin bidding as soon as it opens and do not need to be present to purchase. The auction will close at 3pm April 6th with some items possibly closing sooner. Art State Arizona reveal Five C’s art installations
A new exhibit at the Flinn Foundation reimagines Arizona’s iconic Five C’s — copper, cattle, cotton, citrus and climate
— in pieces created by artists from around the state.
The Foundation launched the show Feb. 3, in partnership with the Arizona America250 Commission and Art State Arizona, with about 150 people attending the opening reception.
